2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

Own or represent a U.S.-based business
Have the authority to provide financial and business information on behalf of that business
Agree to provide accurate and complete information

3. Application Process

Applying for funding includes:

Completing a 1-page funding request form
Submitting 6 months of business bank statements
Providing truthful and accurate information

Submission of an application does not guarantee funding. Approvals, rates, and terms vary depending on financial history, revenue, business age, and credit profile.

4. Referral Program

Nived Capital offers a referral program for eligible professionals (e.g., tax pros, credit repair agents, consultants). Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and may be compensated between $100–$250 per successfully funded deal.

We reserve the right to approve, deny, or remove referrers at our sole discretion.

5. Privacy and Data Security

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect your data.

We use encrypted networks and secure systems to safeguard financial documents and personal information submitted during the funding process.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to interfere with the functionality of the website
Use our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Share confidential application materials without permission

Violation of this section may result in suspension or permanent removal from our services.
